1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and dh88 ("dh88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the dh88 online gaming platform available at dh88.run (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by dh88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the dh88 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on dh88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, and dh88 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of dh88, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the dh88 Platform or any affiliated platform.

dh88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games on dh88, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the dh88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If dh88 determines that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts may be suspended, any bonuses credited to those accounts forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided at dh88's sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dh88 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify dh88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. dh88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. dh88 staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

dh88 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by dh88 for verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

dh88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. dh88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. dh88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. dh88 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes during regular operating hours, and bank transfers within the same banking day, though these timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the dh88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. dh88 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by dh88 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus terms include the following:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds not used within the specified period will be forfeited.
• dh88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulations.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion, is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6.Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the dh88 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All games on dh88 use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by dh88 or any player. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, dh88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dh88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any such gains must be reported to dh88 immediately and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or dh88 staff.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the dh88 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video, is the property of dh88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dh88.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dh88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if dh88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. dh88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dh88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dh88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10.Privacy

dh88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand our data practices.

11.Responsible Gaming

dh88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. • Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At your own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dh88 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. dh88 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the oversight framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

14.Amendments

dh88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dh88 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
